At August, we’re pushing the boundaries of what is possible at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Given how overloaded the healthcare systems are across the world, we feel it is inevitable that a smart AI system will help patients at all those times when their doctor is not available. Our belief from day 1 has been that this AI system will need to be extremely accurate, easy to use and highly empathetic. Role

As a strategy intern at August AI, you will work closely with the Founding Team to help define the US GTM strategy. This role will require going deep into the US healthcare ecosystem, understanding the market and uncovering opportunities. It is a great if you want a front-row seat to how Gen-AI systems are being deployed in enterprises.

Responsibilities

Deep dive into the various payers and providers in the US market to baseline where they are
Create a competitive landscape and existing GTM strategies
Interview relevant stakeholders in the US to identify possible GTM motions

You might be a good fit if you have:

Experience working in venture capital, consulting and/or US healthcare
Currently enrolled in a US B-School

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. We’re delving into unchartered territory. A get-things-done approach and being comfortable with unstructured problem statements is probably the most important skills you could bring to the table.
